And they rejected them, though were convinced with them (signs) themselves, (out of) injustice and haughtiness. So see how was (the) end (of) the corrupters.
- and in their wickedness and self-exaltation they rejected them, although their minds were convinced of their truth: and behold what happened in the end to those spreaders of corruption
And they denied them, though their souls acknowledged them, for spite and arrogance. Then see the nature of the consequence for the wrong-doers
And they rejected those Signs in iniquity and arrogance, though their souls were convinced thereof: so see what was the end of those who acted corruptly
And, although their hearts were convinced the signs were true, they still denied them wrongfully and arrogantly. See then what was the end of the corruptors!
Even though they were convinced, they rejected them out of spite and pride. So consider what happen to those who spread corruption. (:
And they persisted in rejecting them wrongfully and arrogantly, while in their hearts they were convinced of their truth. Observe, then, how evil was the fate of the evil-doers

And they insulted and mocked these (credentials) — although their ownselves did get influenced by these — wrongfully and arrogantly. So see what was the end of the Mufsidun
They were convinced in their hearts about the truth of those miracles, yet they denied those signs in their wickedness and pride. So you see, what was the end of those transgressors
And they rejected them, although their souls were certain of them, out of wickedness and pride. So see how the outcome was for the mischief-makers
And they repudiated them, and their selves had (inner) certitude of them, out of injustice and exaltation. So look into how was the end of the corruptors
They rejected the evidence because of their arrogance and injustice, although their souls knew it to be true. Think how terrible the end of the sinful ones was
And they denied them out of sheer injustice and arrogance, though their hearts believed them (to be true). See, then, how was the fate of the mischief-makers
And they rejected the Messages wrongfully and out of pride, although they were convinced within themselves. And behold what happened in the end to the corrupters
Their hearts were convinced, but they still rejected it unjustly and with arrogance. Now, see what became of the mischief mongers
And they denied (rejected) those Signs with injustice and pride, even though their souls were convinced of them: So, see what was the end of those who acted wrongly
And they rejected them, while their [inner] selves were convinced thereof, out of injustice and haughtiness. So see how was the end of the corrupters
And they rejected them out of their souls' transgression and arrogance. So see how it ended for the wicked

They rejected them only out of arrogance as [anytime a plague was sent to them, they begged Moses to remove it as] they were convinced. They were unjust to their own soul and see what happened to them
And they denied them - whereas in their hearts they were certain of them - due to injustice and pride; therefore see what sort of fate befell the mischievous

And they belied them (those Ayat) wrongfully and arrogantly, though their ownselves were convinced thereof (i.e. those (Ayat) are from Allah, and Moosa (Moses) is the Messenger of Allah in truth, but they disliked to obey Moosa (Moses), and hated to believe in his Message of Monotheism). So see what was the end of the Mufsidoon (disbelievers, disobedient to Allah, evil-doers, liars.)

Even though they felt close to and certain (about the realities Moses expounded to them) they deliberately denied it, wrongfully and out of arrogance... Look and see how the corrupters ended up!

Unjustly and with inordinate self-esteem, they refused to accept these signs- as emblematic of Allah's Omnipotence and Authority, notwithstanding that they had a sense perception of the truth in their innermost beings And you can see how fatal was the consequence which united all those characterized with playful malice
And they knowingly denied it unjustly and proudly while they were certain about it (in) their souls (minds). Then see how the end of those who were corrupt, was (brought about).
